Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they enter the shipping or production phase. A full refund will be processed if the cancellation is successful. We regret that orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Return Conditions
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the packaging they came in. You must include proof of purchase. Do not return items to the manufacturer.
Shipping is charged once only, even for returned items. No restocking fee will be charged.

Refund Process
After receiving your return, we’ll examine the item and email you with an approval or denial of your refund. If accepted, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
